We are also committed to using the very best in building diagnostic equipment and tools. Our equipment and technology is second to none. We use state of the art Infrared (IR) thermal imaging and moisture detection equipment on every inspection. Every roof that is safe to walk, is walked! A long-ladder is brought to every inspection. Below grade crawlspaces are entered if accessible and safe! Attic areas are fully entered and walked if safe. I've heard of stories of inspectors missing important roof issues (even replacement) by only viewing from the ground; not entering attics ("too hot", "my insurance company doesn't permit it", etc.)!
